Shop snus by flavour
Three flavour families, ten pouches. Pick the one that sounds like you.
Mint & Menthol
Clean, cold and classic. Mint is the safe first pouch; Peppermint is sharper, with a real menthol edge.
Fruit
Blueberry, cherry, banana and watermelon. Ripe and rounded rather than sharp and sweet.
Beverage & Sweet
Cola, mocha and two takes on Nordic liquorice. The flavours you won't find in a vape.
Snus vs nicotine pouches
People use the word snus for two different things. Traditional Swedish snus is a moist tobacco product — and it has been illegal to sell in the UK since 1992. What you can legally buy here are white nicotine pouches: tobacco-free pouches containing nicotine, plant fibre, flavouring and sweetener.
Everything on this page is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch. Helwit make theirs in Sweden with no link to the tobacco industry, which is why they get called snus so often — same ritual, same place under the lip, no tobacco leaf.
A pouch sits between your gum and top lip for roughly 20 to 40 minutes. Nothing is burnt, nothing is inhaled, and nobody around you sees or smells a thing.

Snus & nicotine pouch FAQ
Oral tobacco snus has been banned from sale in the UK since 1992. Tobacco-free nicotine pouches — everything on this page — are completely legal to buy and use if you are 18 or over.
Traditional snus contains tobacco. Nicotine pouches contain nicotine, plant fibre, flavouring and sweetener, but no tobacco leaf. They are used the same way, which is why the words get used interchangeably.
Start at Regular 7mg/g. Mint is the most popular first pouch; Watermelon is the gentlest on flavour if mint is not your thing.
Most people keep one under the top lip for 20 to 40 minutes. You will usually feel a tingle in the first minute or two, which fades as the pouch settles.
Every Helwit can holds 20 slim white pouches.
It is the nicotine content per gram of pouch material. Some retailers quote milligrams per pouch instead, which gives a much smaller number for the same product — so compare like for like. Helwit use mg/g.
Helwit pouches are white and tobacco-free, so they do not stain the way traditional brown snus does.
Plenty of people use pouches where vaping is not practical. Both deliver nicotine without smoke. Which suits you is personal — pouches are discreet and hands-free, vaping is not.
Somewhere cool and dry. A fridge keeps the flavour fresher for longer but is not essential.
No. These products contain nicotine, which is addictive, and are intended for adult smokers and existing nicotine users only.
