Royal Mail are experiencing delays to some of their routes when using our Royal Mail 24 and 48 services. We have moved some orders to our courier service due to this, we cannot amend orders during transit. We apologise if you are affected by this.

Delivery
When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched the same day when placed before 4pm Monday - Friday.
Deliveries are sent on a DPD Next Working day service, this means orders placed before 4pm on a Friday won't be received before Monday.
Saturday and Sunday orders will be picked and packaged on the next working day. Often there will be Saturday and Sunday deliveries, but we cannot guarantee this. Delivery times may also vary due to situations out of our control.
If you are ordering from Scotland or Northern Ireland, please note that there is a two-day lead time for all orders, even those with next working day delivery.
Do you deliver over bank holidays?
No, we don’t deliver on UK bank holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Keep this in mind when ordering – especially if you're running low!
Do you deliver to Ireland?
Yes, however due to The Windsor Framework orders may take additional delivery time.
The Windsor Framework is an updated UK-EU agreement regarding trade following Brexit. The implementation of its new procedures is part of the ongoing adjustment to trade relations, which may sometimes cause additional transit time or delays for shipments destined for Ireland.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders purchased directly through rioteliquid.com will be dispatched directly from Riot Labs Ltd HQ in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, UK.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at help@bemoreriot.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at help@bemoreriot.com.
Our DPD service has live tracking, our DHL and Royal Mail services only give delivery status updates not full tracking.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at help@bemoreriot.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
I am trying to complete a transaction but my address isn’t being accepted. Why?
If your address is located outside of Mainland UK we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact us at help@bemoreriot.com and we can put you in the direction of a stockist near you, alternatively if you are looking for wholesale please contact our account managers.
