YOU'LL EITHER GET IT, OR YOU'LL GO BACK TO STRAWBERRY
EVERYONE
Go into most UK vape shops and you'll see the same thing. Bright bottles. Cartoon fonts. Twelve different "blue razz." Six different "watermelon ice." Strawberry, strawberry, strawberry — sometimes with a different colour pyramid on the bottle to make you think it's something new.
It's not. It's the same liquid in a different costume. The category got lazy.
FOR THE VAPER WHO'S OUTGROWN STRAWBERRY
There's a customer in every UK vape shop the category currently ignores: the one who's been vaping long enough to know what they like, who pays attention to design, who's stopped buying based on what's on the gondola end and started reading the back of the bottle.
That vaper has nowhere to go in 10ml. Premium has historically lived in shortfills, assumed to be a sub-ohm, cloud-chaser thing. The MTL pod user got priced out of premium by default.
Kuro fixes that. Same brand, same aesthetic, same flavour DNA, in both formats. 10ml nic salt for the pod, 100ml shortfill for the sub-ohm. Premium isn't reserved for one side of the wall anymore.
WHY
JAPANESE

Japan does what we wanted to do, by default: restraint, design, depth.
Japanese flavour culture is full of profiles UK shoppers have never tried but immediately get — yuzu, ume, kyoho grape, sakura, matcha. Familiar enough not to scare anyone, exotic enough to feel like a step up. Pair them with the UK's actual buying patterns (blackcurrant, blood orange, lime) and you've got eight flavours that feel new and feel inevitable at the same time.
Then the design world: Tokyo backstreets after dark. Cyberpunk neon on matte black. Kanji as an accent, not decoration. Every aesthetic decision was about doing less than the rest of the aisle and standing taller because of it.
WHAT WE
WON'T DO

- ×We won't do strawberry.
- ×We won't do bright bottles to win over a kid who shouldn't be vaping anyway.
- ×We won't water down the flavours to be "for everyone."
- ×We won't compete on price-per-ml — that race is over and the winner is whoever sells worst.
- ✓We will tell you which Kuro is right for which device.
- ✓We will be honest when one isn't for you.
- ✓We will release fewer flavours, more carefully.
MADE IN BRITAIN, BY US

Kuro is the first range out of Fantasia Flavour House, Riot Labs' in-house flavour development operation. Not a contract manufacturer. Not a re-labelled white-label spec. Built in a UK lab by people who taste this stuff for a living and care about the result.
THE
LINE
Kuro isn't trying to please everyone. The brand line says it out loud:
You'll either get it or you'll go back to strawberry.
If that line makes you smirk, you're who we built it for. If it irritates you, that's fine too — you're who we're not for, and we're at peace with that.
